GRAND SLAM! We had a great week of fishing. On 8/30 we caught a GRAND SLAM. 1st thing that morning we caught 30+ dolphin than we went Marlin fishing. You know the story hours of bordom, than off to the races. We caught 1 Blue Marlin, then setting back out we hooked a Sailfish and within the that circle we hooked a White Marlin. This was all within 45 minutes!

We fished with Jim and his family. This was their 1st time offshore and they did great. We caught lot’s of dolphin, 1 tuna and pulled the hook on a White Marlin.

We fished the PCYC Billfish Tournament this week! We did catch some White Marlins this week but not enough. We had a great time with our crew! The White Marlin fishing is really just getting ready to kick off and will get between all the way thru Sept.

We had Lionel and family on 7/28 we had a nice catch of dolphin

0n 7/29 we had a make up with Chuck,Patricia, Joe and Andrew. We caught 3 Yellowfin and 3 White Marlins. GREAT DAY!

7-22 and 7-23

Strong SW winds have been a problem this week. This week we will see some North and NE winds which will help us out with fishing!

We fished 7/22 with Melanie and family and release 1 White Marlin and caught some Tile fish

7/23 we had Dan and crew and caught some Dolphin, 2 Tuna’s and 1 Blue Marlin. The Blue Marlin bite was GREAT! We had just caught the 2 tuna’s and were setting back out. Patrick was setting a Islander in the r/short rigger when he attacked it. We missed him and he turn off to the r/long rigger Dink bait, I tried to get it away from him but he wanted so I gave it to him. Hooked up! But then he decide that was not enough, he then tried to eat another dink bait and then went after our L/side teaser. Finally he realized that he we hooked and off to the races we went! We got the release on the 250 pounder on 30 pound tackle with 4 pounds of drag in 20 minutes! Great job Dan!

We had another busy week on the A-Salt Weapon!

7/12 We had a make up charter and caught Dolphin!

7/13 We had Jerry and friends and caught a limit of dolphin

7-16 thru 7-18 we had the Boat Builders Tournament.

We had Doug,Rob,Wayne,Frank SR and Frank JR for the weekend.

We saw a good number of Sailfish, but our hook up ratio was not so good.

We had ALOT of fun.

We have an opening for 1 person on 7/29

We have an opening for 3 People to fish the Pirates Cove Tournament which start 8-9 thru 8-13.

And we have an opening for 2 people on 8-17 or 8-18

We are still looking for 3 people to fish the Pirates cove tournament ( teaming up with 3 others).

It has a BUSY last week.

It started 7/4 with Kenny and friends!

Catching a limit of Dolphin and 3 tunas

7/5 Ben and friends catching Dolphin

7/6 Spence,Mo,Chris, Tony, Adam and father catching 4 Sailfish and a limit of dolphin

7/7 Joe and Friends catching Dolphin

7/9 Dave and the guys catching 1 Sailfish, 1 White Marlin and a tuna

7/10 Ben and the guys catching 1 Tuna and 20 Dolphin.

Fathers day

We had a GREAT FATHERS DAY! Jim and his family fished with us. The day started off with us finding a grass line and the Dolphin piled into to us. Once we were done with dolphin we decide to troll north and look for a Marlin and we found a NICE ONE. The fish was around 500 pounds and jumped all around the boat. Here is just one of the pictures.
