We took the boat to Morehead City for the Bluefin Tuna season. The fishing was slow for most. We were lucky to catch 4 out of 6 BIG Bluefins! The biggest caught by Will Hester from Bacardi, dress out at 355 pounds which would make the fish around 450 pounds! The other 3 fish were between 225 to 275 pounds. We will do this again next year. We fished the weekends mostly and did a total of trips. The boat is now back at Pirate’s Cove.
We will be leaving for Mexico on the 30th of Jan and returning on the 19th of Feb. Going back to fish the AWESOME Sailfish bite. Reports this week the boat are seeing between 15 to 45 Sailfish a day!
