Hope everyone had a nice Easter. We fished on Saturday with Tony and his friends.
We had a GREAT day!
We released 5 Bluefin Tuna and kill one Bluefin.
As a bonus we also caught a NICE MAKO about 180 to 200 pounds!

The last 2 days have been GREAT fishing!!!!!
On Wednesday the weather was suppose to be terrible, we decided to give it and try. We were glad we did the sea were calm and while most boats cancelled we did not.
We found the Bluefin Tuna’s around 10:30 am and the bite was on!
We decide to jig them using 50 wides.
Every time dropped down we hooked up!
Using 50 wides it took us some time to get the fish in.
We keep 1, 68 inch fish and then the last fish of the day came up tail roped and dead.
We took this fish 84 inches ( over 300 pounds) as our Trophy fish (1 per year).

Day 2
Fishing was slow but when we got the bite it was a BIG ONE.
I took Mike almost 2 hour to this one in and we were surprise just how big it was!
Well over 96 inches and over 500 pounds!
We had to release the fish because it was too big for the size limit.

The boats that went looking for Yellowfin found them on Thursday. The fish were all between 40 to 70 pounds. One of our friends caught 13 Yellowfins and with a total weight of 550 pounds.

We have open this Sunday if anyone wants to take the family out for Easter. This is more fun then any Easter egg hunt you could take then on. CALL me if you are interested.
